Fate Roofing Group is an incredible company. We knew we needed a new roof on our new home and were waiting for the first storm to blow though to assess damage. Ty was able to come out day after the storm about a few hours after I called him, took note of damage and what needed to be done and cleared off debris until they could get back out to do the job. Only a few days and they were able to get our roof done. They worked with our budget and was able to help us with replacing siding, and painting the whole house only took 2 days and the work looks incredible. Everyone in our small town has stopped to say how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend using this company. Nate the owner is also a wonderful businessman and runs a respectable and very professional company.

Our fence was held together with wire and zip ties. We had Nate come out to estimate a replacement of two sides on our roughly 1/2 acre lot after seeing another fence he had completed. The estimate was comparable to other local fence installers and as a bonus the boards were stained before arriving. This means better coverage and protection from Texas weather. Nate was able to get started the same week we signed the papers so no long wait. It’s beautiful!!Also, since we had all that hail, he took a peek at our roof and said it looked good when he could have pushed for a replacement like so many others. I appreciate his honesty.

Let me introduce y'all to my two new best friends from Fate Roofing Group: Cole and Nate. So here's the story, 3 weeks ago I come home from dinner after my shingles had already been torn from my roof (I was going to have to call a roofing company anyway) it was still raining and water was leaking in through my attic into my home. This was at 8:30 pm on a Thursday and I didn't know what to do. So I took a chance and called Fate Roofing Group and just hoped they answered, and guess what?? THEY DID! Nate and Cole came out and saved the evening. Fast forward 3 weeks later. After dealing with my insurance, the adjuster, going over the report with me, just all of it, I finally have a new roof! Their crew was fantastic and got the job done so quickly! Obviously, these guys are the real deal if they're willing to climb on my roof for a patch job while it's still pouring down rain at 9:00 at night when they could have been at home instead with their families in their pajamas. We don’t usually give reviews, but my husband and I were so impressed by Fate Roofing…we had to make an exception.To start, our homeowners insurance company pulled out of Texas. We tried to get another, but unfortunately no company would insurance us, until we replaced the entire roof! It was an extremely annoying & stressful situation.We did receive several estimates for the roof, but none like Fate Roofing. What a wonderful company & owner!Nathan Romo was prompt, professional & friendly. Just wow! 10 out of 10 recommend this company! We were in desperate need of help after we had a leak come through a smoke detector after a rain storm. Decided to give them a call after seeing other great reviews and loved the fact that they were a small, family owned business. Great service and a family feel is exactly what they provided! Ty was exceptional when it came to customer service. I had called him at almost 10:00 at night during a horrible thunderstorm and he was there in less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. Got everything repaired and patched a few days later. It was hassle free and we even paid less than the initial quote because they didn’t use as much material as originally thought. The fact that they could have still charged us more and we wouldn’t have known is huge! Also loved the fact that everything was fixed by one company. They repaired the roof, replaced drywall, replaced the smoke detector and patched and painted. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely be spreading the word!
I called three contractors, one including the dude that just finished our roof a couple months ago. And all I got was ghosted and ignored. That was until I saw Fate Roofing Group in one of my neighborhood groups. Nathan was highly recommended, by the look of the comments. Not only did he reply that very day, but he came out and took a look at the problem, and said if his guys couldn’t do it, then he would help me find someone who can. He left that day, not even fully hired yet, taking with him a pallet that our trash collection wouldn’t pick up for us. Spoiler alert, we hired him and his guys did complete the work, beautifully. I was full of anxiety, because our work was replacing the columns that hold up the patio roof that’s attached to our house. They were insect and water damaged at the base and covered up by the previous owner. There’s a lot of liability in that, but they handled it so professionally. What they found was a chaos system of 2x4’s botched together holding up the roof by God’s grace, I can only guess. What they replaced with was a solid cedar piece flanked with hardy board to match the rest of the house. And now it’s set the way it should have been in the first place. If you want great customer service, someone to help you solve problems, and work done right, Nathan and his team are the people to call.

Our fence was struggling holding it together. We had Fate Fencing Group come out and give us an estimate but our neighbors needed more time to save up for the job. SO! We waited a year and they happily came back for a new quote. No judgment for waiting, just happy to help.Overall it was a very easy process and such an amazing fence!Bonus: our neighbors dog got out and instead of ignoring it, Nate (owner) caught their dogs and walked them around the block to their front door. He didn’t have to but that just showed me the type of person he and his business is.

Had a great experience with Fate Roofing. The state was widening a highway that runs along our property and they helped us come up with a plan for what to build. The built a fence with a concrete footer than extends 2' out of the group and an 8' fence on top of it. Had some minor issues with the concrete company, but Fate Roofing stayed on our side the whole time and made sure we were taken care of. If you want to see their work look for the fence I just described at Windy Lane and HWY 552 in North Rockwall.
Awesome experience with Fate Roofing Group!!! We are in the process of selling our home and discovered that we may have possible roof damage from recent hail storms. Ty came out quickly and did a thorough inspection of the entire exterior of our home. He gave us a detailed explanation of everything he found and the best course of action to proceed. After getting everything in order with our insurance, Fate Roofing was able to get us scheduled quickly. Ty and his team showed up early and were true professionals throughout the whole process. The crew carefully covered our yard and plants around the home to protect them during demo and someone was constantly cleaning up keeping any trash from spreading into the neighborhood. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Ty, his crew, and Fate Roofing Group. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend them for any job you would have for them.
Nate was very helpful and effective in dealing with the insurance to get the desired result and replacing our roof. Hope I never have to deal with it again, but if I do I'll be contacting him.

When I needed a new roof I decided to give Fate Roofing Group a try because they were local. I cannot brag enough on the professionalism, quality, and over the top customer service I received. Nate made time to actually sit down with me to go over everything! He broke down every page of the contract, went over the payment process, and explained in detail what will take place when the work begins. When he asked me what color I wanted I had no idea so he broke down color options, was able to tell me what color I had already and even the different brands. I have been doing some major repairs on my home and he was the only company that did not just email and contract and tell me where to sign. His crew came out on a Saturday morning and were extremely polite when answering any question I asked. They not only worked hard and with impressive speed, I could not believe how clean everything was when they left. Nate arrived while they were finishing up to ask how everything went and make sure I was satisfied with the work. I had several other jobs I needed done and Nate gave me some recommendations on local companies he has worked with which have all had the same amazing work ethics and customer service. The roof took 1.5 days and the gutters and downspouts just a few hours themselves.The business owners are on site and in constant communication during the process answering questions before during and after the job.If you need roofing, fencing, or decking repairs you need to call these guys asap.Pretty sure if I asked them to mow my lawn afterward they would have too but I like to do it myself haha.LOCAL and VETERAN OWNED too!Call Johnathan Romo and I'm sure he'll come right over. When a storm comes - so do the repair companies (quickly and in droves). I went withFate Roofing based on their knowledgeable Project Manager. He arrived with credentials/approvals from my town, AND our HOA. (professional expectation). He spent more time "listening" than "selling", was clearly an expert in his field, and provided a full description of the process while setting clear expectations. Sometimes picking a contractor can feel like you "hope you got it right".. In this case - I did. And apparently, so did my neighbors. Fate Roofing was by far the majority of roofs repaired in my area. They were in constant communication, and an advocate during set up with my insurance carrier. But all of that means nothing if you can't deliver. The proof is in the work. They showed up on-time, were protective of my house and surrounding area and had a supervisor checking in with me constantly, taking photo's of the work as it happened. When finished - the entire crew was combing my yard for even the smallest spec of trash. In fairness - many companies are capable of putting on a good roof - BUT - do they knock on your neighbors doors and offer to clean up THEIR yard - MINE DID. We live in Texas, there's hardly a day without wind. Fate Roofing has checked on surrounding properties during a job and offered to clean up any wind-blown debris. That's just a service minded organization - going above and beyond. I checked with neighbors using Fate Roofing - same story. They were consistently good. Gutters, Windows, Fence - all expertly completed.
Ty and his guys are great to deal with. We live across the street from a house they were doing and they were very considerate with parking. He also helped answer questions for us about our roof on the spot.
Everyone from the owner, Nate, all the way to the crew that did the work were professional, polite, transparent and thorough. We had hail damage on a vehicle in June and decided we needed to have somebody come check our roof. We looked for roofer recommendations in some local Facebook groups and asked Fate Roofing Group to come out.TY came out & checked the roof & said we definitely had enough damage to file a claim.A couple of days later, we had some shingles blow off & Ty came out at 10 PM to tarp the roof - the insurance company hadn’t even been out yet and we hadn’t agreed to anything yet but he came out and protected it anyway.Communication was great with only a couple of exceptions of a missed text.We had another issue (shed needed new roof but was wonky) and Ty called around until he found someone for us even though that wasn’t in the scope of their work. We were able to get the foundation fixed and get the roof replaced too.They took care of painting the house, staining the fence and getting a company to remove/replace the solar panels too.We had a couple of issues pop up during the process but they took care of them.Great company to work with. Highly recommend!
Recently bought a new house in Fate and immediately needed to have a new roof installed. Johnathan Romo was super quick to respond to my inquiries. We got the quote right before closing on the house and my new roof was installed within the week. My new gutters installed just a few days after that.
